Younger users, especially those early in their careers, often have clear ideas but suppress them because they believe age or tenure is a prerequisite to speak. In a product setting, this shows up as the user who never reports a bug, never opens a feature request, and never shares a dashboard — not because they don't care, but because they assume they're not 'supposed to.'
